Our founder and President, Monty Rainey, wrote the book on Revenue Management for self storage. Literally. His ebook written in 2005, has been the foundation for virtually every large operator in the U.S. The difference being, the REITs took the information and created their own in-house software. We see many flaws with this as software can only do so much based on the information written into the program.
